Unbeatable location in the middle of jackson, easy to get anywhere. A safe box, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a mini-fridge-bar in the room and the comfortable bed.

Stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our choice. The staff was friendly and highly professional and took care of us. Perfectly clean and new-fashioned rooms and a mini bar, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, and climate control included. The location was perfect in the middle of jackson, you may take train on Comandante Sampaio train station within 20 minutes walk from here.

The staff at Ramada was incredibly attentive and accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that all of our needs were met during our stay. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent service throughout our time at the hotel. The location was also ideal, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. Although the size of the room was a bit small, it was cozy and perfect for spending quality time with my partner. However, I was really disappointed to find out that breakfast wasn't included with our reservation.

The hotel lacked proper security personnel, which made some guests feel uncomfortable and unsafe. There were also issues with the electricity generator, which caused problems on the upper floors of the hotel.
